I likely receive this question more often than any other: What books should I read to learn how to invest and grow my wealth?
Most people will suggest you should read “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, any book about Warren Buffet, or “The Intelligent Investor” from Benjamin Graham.
Those are all very good recommendations…. however…
You will never be financially successful or grow your wealth until you develop yourself in the right way.
Character traits such as good manners, self-confidence, a good way of expressing yourself, the ability to connect with others, and numerous other qualities of the successful are the ones you should internalize first.
In this view, you should read all of Dale Carnegie’s books. They are as relevant and timeless today as they were decades ago.
Start with “How to Win Friends and Influence People”.
Then read “The Quick and Easy Way to Effective Speaking” and “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” from Dale Carnegie.
The next author I recommend to you is Napoleon Hill.
Begin by reading “Think and Grow Rich“. Afterward, read “Outwitting the Devil“.
Most people tend to assume that reading and learning an investment strategy will somehow lead them to wealth.
But that would literally be too good to be true.
Here’s something most people don’t like to admit: There is no magic key that leads to wealth.
However, there are a wide variety of personality traits and behaviors that lead people to great wealth.
For example, look at what Warren Buffet has created with his patience.
All these wealthy and successful people have learned far more than just “investment know-how.” They have first mastered their own selves, so that they can then influence their surroundings.
